Slipknot are reissuing their 1999 self-titled debut album for its belated 25th anniversary. Out September 5 via Roadrunner, the new edition will be available in digital, 2xLP, and 2xCD formats, or as a deluxe 59-track, 6xLP box set. The Slipknot (25th Anniversary Edition) box set includes the original album; rough mixes from Slipknot’s sessions at Indigo Ranch Studios with producer Ross Robinson; original demos; alternate mixes courtesy of Jay Baumgardner and Lars Ulrich; and live recordings from three shows during the band’s first world tour.
Slipknot released their latest studio album, The End, So Far, in 2022. They went an anniversary tour for their debut last year.
