The Baltimore Ravens and DeAndre Hopkins come to agreement on a 1-year deal worth $6M. This signing comes on after the Ravens remained quiet on Day 1 of the legal tampering period.

DeAndre Hopkins joins a talented Ravens wide receiver group led by Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman. Hopkins is a five-time Pro Bowl receiver who last played with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024. Hopkins provides more depth for the Baltimore Ravens offense and another weapon for Lamar Jackson.

Hopkins is the guy that most Ravens fans were clamoring for Eric DeCosta to get for Lamar Jackson. A  6’1 receiver who can win jump ball matchups, sure hands and make some difficult catches. Even though the deal is only one year, Hopkins can have the same impact as Odell Beckham had when he was signed two years ago.

In conclusion, even though it’s an one year deal for Hopkins and the Ravens. Hopkins is a 32 years old veteran who can bring his knowledge to this young Wide receiver group.
