Premier League acca: A 25/1 four-fold for Saturday’s fixtures

Premier League Saturday tips 1085

There are four Premier League games taking place on Saturday, including two televised evening tussles and we have put together a four-fold for the action.

The weekend’s Premier League action gets up and running with two games in the traditional 3pm slot as Everton travel to Chelsea while back up on Merseyside, Liverpool welcome Brighton to Anfield.

Rudderless Burnley face Fulham at Turf Moor in the teatime game while Wolves – the only side worse off than the Clarets – have the arduous challenge of facing leaders Arsenal at the Emirates at 8pm.

Saturday Premier League Tips

  • Everton or the draw @ 6/5

  • Liverpool vs Brighton Over 3.5 goals @ 6/5

  • Fulham to beat Burnley & Under 3.5 goals @ 8/5

  • Arsenal -2 vs Wolves @ 11/10

Sticky Toffees to frustrate Maresca

A trip to Stamford Bridge may seem unlikely to bring seasonal cheer for David Moyes and Everton. The Toffees never won there in his first stint – in fact they haven’t landed three Premier League points in this part of west London since 1994, with 17 reverses and 13 draws since.

The visiting Merseysiders could buck the trends now as Chelsea are stuttering. The Blues gained a gutsy point with 10 men against leaders Arsenal here two weekends ago, but Enzo Maresca’s side have lost to Leeds and Atalanta since, either side of a stalemate at Bournemouth.

Everton have won four of their last five, including at Manchester United and Bournemouth and if they hang tight they can get something against a home side that has dropped eight points from winning positions at Stamford Bridge already and turned a half time lead into defeat in Bergamo in midweek.

Leg 1: Everton or the draw @ 6/5

Goals on the agenda at Anfield

Backing Liverpool to win has only proved profitable five times in 16 games in all competitions since late September.

Brighton, meanwhile, have lost just once in the league since the end of October and clashes between the Seagulls and the Reds tend to be entertaining.

They have played 18 times in the league since 2017, producing 60 goals, with over 3.5 goals paying out in six of the last 10 meetings between the teams.

Both teams have scored in seven of Brighton’s last 11 games, while there were four goals in their win at Stamford Bridge in September and six in the loss at Old Trafford in October.

Leg 2: Liverpool vs Brighton Over 3.5 goals @ 6/5

No Fulham mercy for Parker

Burnley boss Scott Parker could use a lift, but his former employers Fulham may not be willing to provide it at Turf Moor.

Parker’s side have lost 11 of their 15 games back amongst the elite, including each of the last six, while they haven’t even managed a goal in their last three games on home soil.

The Clarets boss has now lost 22 of his last 29 games as a manger in the Premier League, while suspensions for Lucas Pires and Kyle Walker add to his woes.

The Cottagers have found the net eight times in four games, including winning at Tottenham, and they may have the means to compound Parker’s misery in a low-scoring affair.

Leg 3: Fulham to beat Burnley & Under 3.5 goals @ 8/5

Gunners too sharp for Old Gold

There was a tiny glimmer of hope when Wolves went in level at 1-1 against Manchester United on Monday at Molineux but it was soon extinguished in the second half of a 4-1 reverse.

They’ve now scored just eight times in 15 games in the Premier League – half the tally of next-worst side – while their 33 goals leaked makes them the worst side defensively to boot.

They seem unlikely to trouble the league leaders, who have only conceded nine times in 15 league games.

Wolves haven’t scored in five of their last six games against Arsenal and lost 5-0 here in May 2023, so Mikel Arteta’s side may boost their goal difference.

Leg 4: Arsenal -2 vs Wolves @ 11/10
