Bayern Munich vs Club Brugge – Over 3.5 goals @ 7/5
There looks to be a high chance of at least four goals in the clash between Bayern Munich and Club Brugge.
The Bavarians have hit eight goals in their opening two Champions League matches and Vincent Kompany’s side have managed 46 goals in their first 10 games of the campaign all told.
Pafos were hit for five in Bayern’s most recent Champions League tie, Chelsea conceded three against the German giants and they will fancy more goals against Club Brugge. The Belgians are a useful outfit and not a side likely to go to Munich and just shut up shop.
Brugge crushed Monaco 4-1 in their first Champions League contest, the Blue and Black then went down 2-1 in Atalanta and they look capable of contributing to a high-scoring tie.
Real Madrid vs Juventus – Real Madrid to win @ 19/40
Real Madrid rate a class above Juventus and their superiority should tell at the Bernabeu.
It’s 10 wins from 11 all-competition matches for Los Blancos this term and Real are clearly a team to fear under manager Xabi Alonso.
Juventus, in contrast, have failed to win any of their last six games and were turned over 2-0 by Como at the weekend.
Galatasaray vs Bodo/Glimt – Over 2.5 goals @ 3/8
Games involving Galatasaray are averaging three goals per game this term and another high-scoring tie looks likely when Bodo/Glimt head for Istanbul.
Gala have seen matches finish 5-1, 4-0, 3-1 and 3-0 this season and the Turkish side were good enough to beat Liverpool 1-0 in their most recent Champions League assignment.
Bodo/Glimt, who won 5-2 at the weekend against Sarpsborg, drew their first two league phase games 2-2 against Slavia Prague and Tottenham and they look set to be involved in another entertaining tussle on Wednesday.
Monaco vs Tottenham – Monaco to win @ 15/8
Monaco represent a very tricky test for Tottenham as the Ligue 1 side look to build on an encouraging 2-2 draw with Premier League giants Manchester City last time in the Champions League.
Spurs were turned over 2-1 at home by Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday and Thomas Frank’s side were fortunate to leave Bodo/Glimt with a point following a 2-2 draw in their most recent European contest.
They could struggle to get anything from their trip to Stade Louis II.
