Joe and Debbie O’Daniel, Warren Co. farmers, provide much of the food for the dinner. Wendell Berry, Kentucky writer and farmer, provides inspiration. We eat the good local food prepared by students with guidance from Chef Josh Poling of Home Cafe and Marketplace and then visit the O’Daniel’s diverse farm.
