Taqueria Ramirez is without a doubt the best Mexican food in Lexington. I have had just about everything on the menu (except the beef tongue) and everything is amazing! My favorite is the large chicken quesadilla. Start with a tortilla made in house, the chicken is from whole breast, fresh vegetables, cream cheese, jalapeno’s and the best queso blanco on the face of the earth. Also the taco’s are out of this world thanks to the quality of the meat they use. I can’t say enough great things about this place!
