The Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange, in our Cabinet, is working to ensure Kentuckians have the information they need to choose a 2018 health plan. Open enrollment at healthcare.gov runs through December 15. Our outreach efforts include text messages, direct mail, e-mail, call centers, in-person support and hundreds of recruiting events. About 76,000 people in the state have insurance plans purchased on the exchange.
