The worse house I have been in for 2020
Welp…. It is gross. That is definitely a fact. However not the worst of all time. This place is a wreck at the moment but the owner is going to transform it into a great home and will keep it as a rental. I know it looks like a terrible idea but purchasing homes that are in poor shape can be a great idea. You can purchase it, make repairs and the goal is to create enough equity that you can refinance the home and get back all of the money you invested in it. Will it happen on this project?
