We visited Raven Run Nature Sanctuary in southern Fayette County, Kentucky, which is the site of the grave of Ninian Claggett who in 1795 purchased land in the area from Daniel Boone. We share Ninian’s story of his patriotism, and migration to Kentucky. The site also is the location of the Prather house which was built in 1804.
