Newly released body camera footage shows a Northern Kentucky corrections officer slamming an inmate to the floor. Corrections Officer David Nussbaum said in his incident report that Kenton County jail inmate Steven Jordan was disobeying orders. Jordan says Nussbaum used excessive force.
